Nexlinks BPO ("Nexlinks", "we", "us") values customer privacy and corporate confidentiality. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect corporate client data and end-consumer information handled during BPO, sales dialing, customer support, and software operations.
2. PCI-DSS Compliance & Payment Data
Nexlinks enforces strict PCI-DSS Level 1 equivalent physical and network controls. We operate with zero local storage of cardholder data: agent workstations are locked down via active group policies, audio call recordings pause automatically during sensitive payment capture, and client CRM entries transmit solely via end-to-end encrypted TLS 1.3 tunnels.
3. TCPA, Do-Not-Call (DNC) & Regulatory Protection
We maintain comprehensive compliance safeguards for outbound telephony campaigns targeting US consumers. All outbound call lists undergo real-time scrubbing against the National Do-Not-Call Registry, internal client suppression lists, and wireless cell-phone block lists to eliminate regulatory exposure under the TCPA and TSR.
4. Physical Facility Security & Access Controls
Production floors in our Lahore operations center are secured via multi-factor biometric authentication. Unauthorized visitors, personal cameras, recording devices, and USB flash media are strictly banned from all active call center floors. Facilities are monitored 24/7 by continuous high-definition closed-circuit television (CCTV).
5. Information Sharing & Non-Sale of Data
Nexlinks never sells, rents, leases, or trades client records or consumer contact lists to any third party. Data processed on behalf of clients is utilized solely for executing the authorized campaign deliverables specified in the governing Statement of Work.
